Halcraft Pretty Palette June

Kawabunga! surfs up! Thanks Erin for a very summery palette!
I definitely went with the surfer vibe and I added Puka shells and coral sticks along with yellow trade beads. I also had little purple fish I bought at the beach when I started beading and used them also in my asymmetrical necklace.

Andrew Thornton's Splendid Procession Kit Reveal

What gorgeous colors in this kit!
Here's a picture I found of a fairy parade...it's from a children's puzzle by Melissa and Doug toy company...
Here are two bracelets I made with some of the kit. Although I loved the colors, I didn't make something with only the kit this time.
I love making this style that Lorelei Eurto made popular and gave a tutorial in Bead Style magazine.
Thanks Andrew for an awesome challenge!
Hop around and show some love!

Green Spikes!

When I went to Bead Fest Spring, I brought a strand of green spikes and I gave half to Laurel with the understanding we would have a "Green Spike Challenge". Well, here it is!
Laurel made this awesome asymmetrical necklace that can be worn all different ways!
And I made this double strand necklace with this funky owl pendant!
What fun!
Our next challenge is with some sweet candy colored dyed jade that Laurel bought and challenged me with.
