Andrew Thornton's Desert Sands Kit Challenge

Thanks Andrew for another amazing kit!
Here is a picture of the kit and then a close up of the luxury bead blend...

What a GREAT kit, right?!?!
I added some Lava stone that I got at Allegory Gallery and used the Mystery Component that Andrew made for this necklace...

Here's a list of the Blog Hop participants, spread some love...

  5. This is a really awesome necklace! I love how it has a slightly tribal feel with the tubes extending off of the base of the necklace. It also has a very regal feel to it. So it's a nice mix of tribal queen! And I think the addition of the lava is really wonderful! It gives the piece more texture and reminds me of stones out in the harsh elements of the desert! Nicely done! And thank you for participating! I really appreciate it and always look forward to seeing what you make!

  7. Great job with this challenge! Your necklace has the weathered look of desert landscapes with the addition of the rough, pitted lava stone. I like the way you suspended the mystery component focal.
